I love chicken pot pie, but not the crust so much. So when I spotted this soup on the grocery store shelf, I jumped right on it. And I’m happy I did. It’s just SO darn tasty. Plus, it’s great for chilly days. And we get loads of those in Northwest Washington State. Brrr!
It’s also great for people like me who really don’t care that much for cooking, or maybe don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. I love having a great meal ready to eat in only the time it takes to put it in the microwave and heat it up. Viola! :)
